83 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County

JACKSON, Tenn. — The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department has confirmed 83 cases of COVID-19 in Madison County Wednesday.

The two new patients are a 56-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman. Neither patient is hospitalized.

Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department Director Kim Tedford said she encourages residents to wear masks when out in public and maintain a six-foot space between others.
