Modular Robotics recalls rechargeable battery pack

A rechargeable battery pack is being recalled due to a burn hazard.

The Modular Robotics rechargeable battery packs can short circuit, causing them to overheat and start smoking.

There are four reports of the battery packs smoking and overheating. No injuries have been reported.

If you have one of these batteries, stop using them and contact the company for a replacement.
