14,441 COVID-19 cases confirmed in TN, 241 deaths, 1,299 hospitalizations

The Tennessee Department of Health confirmed a total of 14,441 cases of COVID-19 in the state on Friday, May 8. In addition, 241 people have died, and 1,299 are hospitalized. Another 7,011 have recovered.
