Deadly Martin Fire Being Investigated

MARTIN, Tenn.– Martin police have asked the ATF, TBIi and state bomb and arson investigators to look into a deadly fire that happened just before 1:30 p.m., Tuesday. Police identified Marta Willoughby as the victim in the fire. She was found inside a burning apartment along Olive Street. Officers said others inside the apartment were able to get out safely.
