First Responders Rush to Surprise Drill

JACKSON, Tenn.- Jackson and Madison County first responders rushed to the Owens Corning plant Tuesday evening after a report of a chemical leak. But it all turned out to be a drill. The local emergency planning committee along with Owens Corning staged the surprise exercise to test the response for an incident that crossed city and county boundaries. Organizers said they will meet later to discuss how everything went.
