Weakley County Mayor issues mask requirement

WEAKLEY COUNTY, Tenn. — All Weakley County residents will be required to wear a mask or face covering in public places effective 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11.

The mask requirement comes after consultation with healthcare professionals, Governor Lee’s administration, and others as COVID-19 cases continue to rise within the county.

The requirement is set to expire at 11:59 p.m. on August 29.
