Duo accused of theft from Walmart appear in court

JACKSON, Tenn.-Pautez Freeman and Rosalind Hayes made an appearance in city court, Tuesday. The two are accused of stealing a TV from the Walmart in south Jackson then leading police on a chase. Both are charged with felony theft. Freeman faces more counts in connection with the chase.
