One dead in Brownsville shooting

BROWNSVILLE, TN — Brownsville Police Chief Kelvin Evans says there was a deadly shooting in Brownsville early this morning.

One person is dead and another is in critical condition.

It happened on East Main St.

Residents say the road was blocked off through the early morning and just opened around 7:30.
