Suspects found flushing drugs down toilet during raid

BROWNSVILLE, Tenn. — Two people, who police say were found flushing drugs down a toilet, were arrested on Wednesday during a house raid. Brownsville Police arrested James Hudson, 32, and Brandon Shaw, 26, during a drug raid on Pinewood Street. Officers seized a 480 grams of marijuana, $5,000 in cash, a car, a scooter, three televisions, a PS3 gaming station and other various electronics. Officers say they had to bust through barricades to get in the house. Hudson and Shaw are facing tampering with evidence, possession of schedule VI with intent to sell and drug paraphernalia charges. Both are being held without bond.
