JACKSON, Tenn.- Jackson police release new surveillance video of man suspected of using a stolen credit card inside the Old Hickory Mall. Police said a man used a stolen credit card to buy a pair of women’s shoes on July 5 at Belk. The suspect is believed to be in his early 20’s with short hair and a thin build.
