Arrest made in Dollar General burglaries

MCNAIRY COUNTY, Tenn.- An arrest has been made in a string of Dollar General burglaries throughout McNairy County. Jonathan Matthew Hodum, 27, was arrested by the McNairy County Sheriff’s Department Thursday. He is charged with felony theft and vandalism. McNairy County investigators said Hodum was involved in two Dollar General burglaries in the county this month where the thieves used a chain and pick up truck to pull safes out of the stores. Officials says Hodum is also connected to five similar burglaries in Mississippi.
