News Production Manager
WBBJ/ABC and CBS, 7 Eyewitness News in Jackson, Tenn. has an opening for a news production manager. WBBJ is the dominant regional news operation in the West Tennessee market. A qualified candidate should have at least three years experience in television news and management. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Supervise, schedule, hire and train production staff, including, but not limited to directors, editors, graphic designers, audio operators, etc. Conduct quality control Assist in maintaining studio and broadcast equipment Help design and execute production elements, including graphics and animations MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Proficient knowledge non-linear editing systems including Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere.
