DOWNTOWN JACKSON — An internal investigation by the sheriff’s department involving a Madison County deputy is ongoing, according to the department. The investigation concerning Lt. David Cisco, who works at the jail, is still ongoing, but it has not had any impact on his work schedule and he is in back at work this week. Because of the ongoing investigation, no further information could be released. Cisco also serves as a Jackson City Council member.
