City of Jackson releases holiday trash schedule

The City of Jackson has announced changes to garbage pick-up for the week of Jan. 18.

Garbage in the city will not be picked up on Monday, Jan. 18 in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

On Tuesday, trucks will run Monday’s regular service route. On Wednesday, trucks will run Tuesday’s regular service route.

Thursday and Friday’s routes will run as scheduled.
