DOWNTOWN JACKSON — Official drug and animal cruelty charges were filed Friday against a Jackson man arrested during a raid on his home earlier this week. Officers on Wednesday reported finding marijuana, drug paraphernalia and abused pit bulls at the home of Wheatley Graham. Officers say two of the dogs were in a utility closet living in their urine. The other three outside were reportedly underweight and had just a one-foot chain and no food or water. Graham is now free on $15,000 bond.
