Fish sale to fund Madison Academic’s “project graduation”

JACKSON, Tenn.–Seniors with Madison Academic will hold their Fish Fry fundraiser on Saturday November 1,2014. Senior, Imani Williams says the food sale is one of the biggest fundraisers for the Senior class.Williams says the students hope to raise a few thousand dollars. Proceeds go toward securing a location for “Project Graduation.” The project is a lock-in on graduation night. 12th grader, Sophie Sage says the night is about making memories with classmates at a safe, drug and alcohol free event. The class sold tickets for the meal which includes fish, spaghetti, baked beans and a dessert for $7. The food can be picked up between noon and 4 p.m. at Northside United Methodist Church located at 2571 North Highland in Jackson.
