JACKSON, Tenn.- Congratulations to the Tennessee Highway Patrol. For the fourth straight year, the THP is one of country’s top state police and highway patrol agencies. The THP has once again earned second place for commercial motor vehicle safety. Tennessee has recorded some of the lowest traffic deaths on record for the past three years. The National Law Enforcement Challenge is a competition between law enforcement agencies of similar sizes.
