One killed in Carroll County car crash
CARROLL COUNTY, Tenn. — A rollover crash leaves one woman dead near Huntingdon, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol. Officers say, around 9 p.m. Wednesday night a car traveling west on highway 77, near Huntingdon, left the roadway and struck a culvert, causing it to overturn. Tammy Smith of Mansfield, Tennessee was killed in the crash. According to the T.H.P. she was a passenger in the car and was not wearing a seat belt. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
