DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A Madison County grand jury will decide whether a Jackson driver accused of killing another man should go to trial. Sean Blackmon appeared for his preliminary hearing Thursday in Jackson City Court where he waived his right to the hearing. Blackmon is accused of leaving the scene of a high-speed collision Oct. 15 that killed Marcus Jones. Blackmon faces four counts including reckless homicide.
