The man Bolivar police originally believed accidentally shot and killed his twin brother last month could soon be indicted. Investigators say Jeremy Williams shot his brother Jamal Williams in the face on April 12, while inside their family home. Investigators say after looking further into the case, they thought it would be best suited for a Hardeman County grand jury to decide if charges should be filed. “We labeled the shooting as an accidental shooting,” said Chief Bill Irons of the Bolivar Police Department. “There were elements of the shooting that fit the bill of reckless homicide.” Chief Irons says he expects Williams will be indicted as early as Tuesday.
