JPD Arrests Man, Accused of Child Rape

A Madison County man faces charges of child rape. Johnathon Henderson was arraigned Monday on two counts of rape involving a nine-year-old girl. His bond was set a $75,000. Henderson was arrested last Thursday after investigators and the Department of Children’s Services determined the nine-year-old had been raped. Henderson is scheduled to return to court on June 2.
