Tipton Co. Aggravated Sexual Battery

A 34-year-old Tipton County man has been arrested on charges that he fondled a five-year-old girl in front of another child. Along with a change of aggravated sexual battery, Chris Aaron Billings also faces a count of resisting arrest after deputies said he ran from officers when they tried to arrest him. Billings was eventually taken into custody inside his home with the assistance of a police dog. He remains jailed in lieu of $50,000 bond and will return to court on June 10.
