White Still in Custody

Madison County investigators told ABC 7 Eyewitness News though their person of interest in a deadly hit and run remains in custody, charges have still not been filed against him. Richard Alan White, 28 was detained Wednesday night after almost 24 hours on the run. Deputies found him in the woods behind his house on Diamond Grove Road in southeast Madison County. White’s truck was found at the crash site, Tuesdays night where 12-year-old Amber Kendrick and two horses where 12-year-old Amber Kendrick and tow horses were hit and killed. At the time of the incident, White was wanted for violating his probation.
