Stolen Church Goods Recovered
Musical equipment stolen from a half dozen churches in southern Middle Tennessee has been recovered from a Lawrence County home.
Giles County authorities who seized the items said the stolen equipment included guitars, audio mixers, speakers, laptops and tambourines.
WSMV-TV in Nashville said the equipment was taken from churches in Giles, Lawrence, Maury, Marshall and Lewis counties.
The station reported Tuesday that three men are being questioned about the thefts.
Deputies said a church surveillance video identified a vehicle that led them to the house where the equipment was found.
