North Highland Construction Continues

If you have been driving down North Highland lately, you are aware of an extensive overhaul to one of the city’s major routes of travel. Tires treading along the milled pavement has dominated much of the northern end of Highland for the past week and it will not be over with anytime soon. Officials told ABC 7 Eyewitness News the $3.4 million project, done primarily at night, also includes right of way work and new sidewalks and will continue through September. TDOT leaders want to remind you to drive slowly and be mindful of other drivers on the road.
