Troopers with the Tennessee Highway Patrol are working to figure out who was behind the wheel of a semi truck just moments before it met a fiery and deadly fate. The crash happened just before 6 Wednesday morning along Interstate 40 in Decatur County, killing Daniel and Donald Cousins, both 62 of Depew, New York. Investigators said the tow men were driving west on the Interstate when the suddenly crossed the median, hit a berm and drove over a bridge barrier before the big rig burst into flames.
