Vending machines burglarized, police search for suspect

WHITEVILLE, Tenn. — Police search for a man they said burglarized a number of vending machines Saturday morning. The surveillance video shows a man walking to the vending machines and picking the lock. Investigators believe the man did the same thing to two other machines Saturday as well. Authorities said he is either Hispanic or Caucasian, and is 5’4”. Police said he was driving a black Toyota Forerunner with Mississippi tags – DEV931. Police haven’t determined how much money was taken from the machines. Anyone with information is asked to call Whiteville Police.
