Local church holds unique Christmas play

JACKSON, Tenn. — Kids at Northside United Methodist Church held a fun, upbeat Christmas play Sunday. This year’s play, “We Three Spies,” uncovers the good news of the holiday season. The story starts with three boys hired to go undercover as the “Three Wise Men” in the church play to help destroy the joy of Christmas. They, in the end, save the play from the evil boss. The actors said the play is about the season of giving and celebrating Jesus’ birth. More than 2 dozen kids ages 4 and up participated in the play.
