Milan officer receives Speed Enforcement Officer of the Year Award

MILAN, Tenn.-Congratulations to a Milan police officer, honored with a statewide award. Brian Hutson received the Speed Enforcement Officer of the Year Award from the Governor’s Highway Safety Office. The award is based on the number of speeding citations written compared to how many people live in the town. Police officers across West Tennessee participate in the program .
