1 injured, three charged following attempted robbery in north Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — One person was injured and three others were charged following an attempted robbery in north Jackson.

Court documents say the incident occurred Sunday night in the parking lot of the Family Fun Center.

Court documents say the victim met with a woman, later identified as Emma Klaire Davison.

Court documents say while Davison was in the car with the victim, two others, identified as Michael Darrell Prather Jr. and Everett Eshawn Moore, approached the car and attempted to pull the victim out.

According to court documents, the victim was shot in the leg during a struggle. Court documents say the victim attempted to shoot at the individuals who pulled him from his car.

While officers were responding to the shooting, they located a vehicle speeding in the area of Old Humboldt Road and Oil Well Road, court documents say.

According to court documents, officers found Prather, Davison and Moore in the vehicle.

Court documents say the three admitted to meeting the victim to rob him.

Court documents say Davison, Prather, and Moore are each charged with employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony and attempted especially aggravated robbery. Court documents show Davison and Moore are each also charged with attempted second-degree murder.
