Man charged with evading arrest now behind bars

BROWNSVILLE, Tenn. — Brownsville police say a man charged with evading arrest is now behind bars. Officers say they got a call Tuesday about two suspicious people in Brentwood Estates. Police say when they arrived, Justin Kennedy took off running as he tossed things from his pocket. Kennedy was arrested about a mile away. Police say Kennedy was also wanted on a warrant from Carroll County.
