DENMARK, Tenn. — A community in West Tennessee gathered for a 6-year-old girl to make one of her dreams come true. Ashlyn Love Dale was diagnosed with a genetic mutation at birth by doctors. Doctors have said she only has about 6 months to a year to live. Saturday in Denmark, a country music concert was held in Ashlyn’s name so she could have the experience of a lifetime. Ashlyn was at the event with her family, including her twin brother and younger brother. Joanie Broadway-Grant put the event together for Ashlyn and said she couldn’t believe how well it came together. Whitney Duncan, Ash Bower and Jimmy Melton were the headlining acts for Ashlyn’s big night. Ashlyn’s mother, Lindsey Whitt, said she was speechless to see the community’s response to her daughter’s wish.
