UNION CITY, Tenn. — A man once wanted out of Kentucky on charges of violating his probation is wanted again by Union City police. Kyle McAlpin is wanted again by Union City police for an incident that happened early Sunday morning. When officers tried to stop McAlpin, he reportedly led them on a pursuit that led to Martin.
