Madison County Sheriff’s Office encourages public to stay off roads
JACKSON, Tenn.– The Madison County Sheriff’s Office strongly encourages the public to stay off the roads due to dangerous conditions. Tom Mapes, the Public Information Officer for the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, confirms a 5 car pile up in North Madison County at the intersection of Christmasville Road and Oakfield Road. No serious injuries were reported. He says county roads are still very slick and residents should slow down. He also says to exercise extreme caution while driving.
