BOLIVAR, Tenn. — Police are searching for a man they believe is responsible for a Monday shooting in Bolivar. Fabian Bills, 25, is wanted on charges of attempted first-degree murder along with two other counts in the Mitchell Street shooting, according to police. Officers say Bills is on the run and may be in Jackson, where he has family, or already out of state. Police previously have said the 26-year-old victim suffered a single shot to his face. They say he is in stable condition.
