Dyer Co. woman faces second TennCare fraud charge

DYER COUNTY, Tenn. — A Dyer County woman is facing fraud charges for the second time following her recent arrest on doctor shopping for drugs. Following an indictment, Dyer County police arrested 35-year-old Crystal Lawson on two counts of using TennCare to obtain drugs. In December, she was arrested for obtaining the painkiller oxycodone using TennCare. Felony charges could result in a two-year prison term each.
