Child tests positive for meth after Benton Co. drug bust

BENTON COUNTY, Tenn. — A child has been taken into state custody after testing positive for meth following the arrest of three adults on drugs charges. The child has been taken into custody by the Department of Children’s Services, according to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. Joshua Albritton, 28, Cheyenne Dean, 21, and Timothy Dean, 55, all of the same Waters Street address in Big Sandy were arrested. Each of them is charged with aggravated child abuse and neglect.
