Dream Center Placed on Lockdown

JACKSON Tenn. – The Dream Center in Jackson is on lock down for the second night Sunday, after residents reported seeing a man hiding in the woods and watching them. Workers at the Dream Center said they have seen a man watching the building both Saturday and Sunday nights. Jackson Police searched the woods behind the shelter both nights, but officials say they were unable to find the man.
