DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A Jackson man was in court Tuesday on drug charges after a SWAT team search of his apartment. Dante McDonald is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to an affidavit. A city of Jackson SWAT team made entry into McDonald’s Miller Avenue apartment Saturday where they found about 124 grams of marijuana, four morphine pills, three scales in the apartment, one scale in a vehicle and numerous plastic bags with marijuana residue, the affidavit states. McDonald’s bond was set at $15,000.
