JACKSON, Tenn. — Gov. Bill Haslam visited the Hub City on Thursday to launch a new program to help adults return to school. Haslam spoke at the Jackson Chamber about the Tennessee Reconnect program, which is intended to help adults enroll in higher education, complete a degree or other program and enter the workforce prepared for success.
