JACKSON, Tenn. — Express Employment Professionals made a $10,000 donation Thursday to the Dream Center of Jackson. The donation is part of Express Employment’s effort to give back to nonprofits nominated by franchisees among their 725 franchise locations, according to a release from the company. Express Employment Professionals is the nation’s largest franchised staffing company, according to the release. The Dream Center, located at 49 Old Hickory Boulevard, houses women and families who are homeless, helping them transition into recovery, the release states. “We pride ourselves on having a culture built on giving and service at Express,” Bob Funk, CEO of Express Employment Professionals, states in the release. “With that in mind, we know how important it is to support the communities where we work, serve and live. The dedication and support that our Jackson owners Ronnie and Susan Morris have shown for The Dream Center of Jackson is a great example of that service.” Leaders at the Dream Center say the donation will help them better serve those in need. “When the Dream Center is blessed to get unexpected funds, it is exciting because we can educate and help more women and children in our community,” Gail Gustafson, director of the Dream Center, states in the release.
