Sheriff: Gibson Co. man charged with aggravated burglary

GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn.-Investigators have charged a Gibson County man who they believe may be responsible for a home burglary. According to investigators with the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department Terrance Ball, 18, of Bradford was taken into custody and questioned. On Friday, hel was charged with aggravated burglary. During the month of April, the Gibson County Sheriff‘s Department began an investigation into multiple home burglaries that had occurred across the county. Investigators then began working closely with investigators from Weakley County Sheriff‘s Department and Carroll County Sheriff‘s Department due to similar burglaries each county had been having. Ball is being held at the Gibson County Correctional Complex in lieu of $15,000 bond. Additionally, investigators currently have charges filed on Marlon Jones for multiple counts of aggravated burglary, 2 counts of theft over $1,000, 2 counts of vandalism over $1,000 and 1 count of theft over $500. Jones is currently not in custody and is described as a black male, 27 years of age, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds.
