JACKSON, Tenn. — A Jackson mother is charged with child neglect after an reported incident that had several of her neighbors asking who was taking care of her child. Court papers say Robin Bolden left her 3-year-old with a neighbor, then told her she was leaving. Later that same night, as Bolden apparently left the home, the neighbor told police she wasn’t informed the child was still there. Officers later found the child running and screaming, without shoes or a jacket. Bolden has since posted a $5,000 bond.
