Police investigating incident in west Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson police responded late Tuesday night to what was reportedly a fight in west Jackson. When WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News arrived on the scene just before 10:30 p.m. on Blackberry Trail, paramedics were treating at least four people. Police say a man suffered a bump on the head but refused medical treatment. Officers say when they arrived, people involved in the incident ran in different directions.
Investigators say no one is in custody. Officers were seen searching an area behind homes near Foxlea Drive and Blackberry Trail. WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News will have more information as it becomes available.
