Carroll Co. crash sends several to hospital
CARROLL COUNTY, Tenn. — A crash involving multiple vehicles ties up traffic and sends several to an area hospital. According to crews with the Atwood Fire Department, the crash, involving a tractor-trailer and three other vehicles, happened around 5:30 p.m. Friday on Highway 79 between Milan and Atwood. First responders on the scene told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News at least three victims were taken to a McKenzie hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
