Police seek suspect in attempted burglaries

JACKSON, Tenn. — Police seek a suspect in two attempted burglaries in Jackson.

Police say one of them happened at Parkway Gun and Pawn on North Parkway.

They say the other happened at Bill’s Pawn Shop on North Highland Avenue. Both were reported between 3 and 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Police say the suspect broke doors but did not get into either business.

Investigators are looking for a black man wearing a white hat, white jacket and black pants.
