Man charged with stopping cars to ask for money
DOWNTOWN JACKSON — Accusations of stopping cars to ask for money landed a Jackson man in court Friday. Police say Tracy Echols was seen around 5 p.m. Thursday stopping cars on East Baltimore Street to ask for money. Echols is charged with aggressive panhandling. His bond is set at $1,000.
