Four injured in 4-vehicle crash in Henderson Co.

HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn. — A four-vehicle wreck Wednesday afternoon west of Lexington leaves four people injured, according to Henderson County Sheriff Bryan Duke. The four injured were transported by ambulance, and the nature of injuries is unknown at this time. The call went out around 2:30 p.m. about the accident in the westbound lane of Highway 412 near Sand Ridge Bargerton Road. One person was entrapped in the crash but has been freed, according to the sheriff. Traffic is now moving as crews are clearing the scene.
