Man dies of heart attack before Henry Co. wreck

HENRY COUNTY, Tenn. — A McKenzie man died of a heart attack before his truck crashed in Henry County early Thursday morning. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, John Leegan, 67, of McKenzie suffered a heart attack before the crash. The accident happened around 6 a.m. on Highway 79 near Henry. The driver was thrown from his Ford F-150 pickup truck as it rolled over on the highway. The fatality was the second in Henry County in two days.
