Gibson Co. couple arrested, accused of child abuse

GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn. — Investigators in Gibson County have arrested two people accused of child abuse. According to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office, Cameron Sollis and Tiffany Flatt were arrested on two counts each of child abuse. During their investigation, deputies determined the two used methamphetamine in the presence of their two minor children, ages 2 and 5. Investigators said the children tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine. The children were removed from the parents by Tennessee Department of Children’s Services. Both Sollis and Flatt are free on $20,000 bond pending action of the Gibson County General Sessions Court.
